Three stages. Each one ends with something tangible in your hands — even if you never sign with us.

STAGE ONE

Discovery.

A 15 to 30 minute conversation. Painless and brief. We use an AI note-taker to feed what you say into our workflow in real time, so the moment the call ends, the work has already started.

WHAT YOU WALK AWAY WITH

A one-page thesis. It's the linchpin of how we work — and you get it whether or not you hire us.

  • The problem, named clearly
  • How we'd solve it
  • What solving it would cost
  • What it costs you to do nothing
  • Steps you can take outside our firm, if you'd rather

Within 24 hours of the call.

STAGE TWO

Deep Dive.

If the thesis lands, we move to Deep Dive — the paid scoping engagement that locks the work in detail.

HOW IT STARTS

We collect the $500 deposit before the Discovery call ends. If you're not ready to commit in that moment, that's fine — Discovery was free and the thesis is yours regardless.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT

  • Two working sessions, scheduled within five business days
  • Async questions and inputs between sessions
  • A full scope of work delivered at the end

TOTAL TIME ON YOUR SIDE

Two to five hours, including the meetings, the async work, and the review.

WHAT YOU WALK AWAY WITH

A locked scope — problem, solution, deliverables, timeline, success criteria, and final pricing. Ready to sign, or ready to take elsewhere.

TURNAROUND

Five business days, start to finish.

Once the scope is signed, the work ships. You pick the tier that fits — Personal, Support, or Principal Ops — and the engagement begins.
