What we collect, what we don't, what we do with it.

THE SHORT VERSION

When you use our website, fill out a form, or generate an AI preview, we collect what you give us and a small amount of technical metadata about how you got here. We use it to follow up with you, to improve the firm, and to keep the system running. We don't sell it. We don't share it with anyone who isn't directly involved in delivering our service.

If you want your information removed, email us at artisanaffiliated@gmail.comand we'll do it within seven days.

WHAT WE COLLECT

When you submit the contact form or generate a preview on the Work With Us page, we collect:

• Your name
• Your business name
• Your email address
• The problem description you write
• Your IP address and browser information (collected automatically by our hosting provider)

When you book a Discovery call through Calendly, Calendly collects whatever information you enter into their booking form — at minimum your name, email, and a meeting time. Their privacy policy governs that data.

WHAT WE DO WITH IT

Your name, business name, and email address let us follow up with you about the problem you described. We use them to send the preview to your inbox and, if it makes sense, to reach out about working together.

The problem description is processed by Anthropic's Claude model to generate the preview report. Anthropic's policies govern how they handle that data on their end. We do not use your problem description to train any models.

Your IP address is used for rate limiting and to identify abuse patterns. It is not used to identify you personally.

WHO ELSE SEES IT

Three third-party services touch this data:

• Supabase, which hosts our database
• Anthropic, which runs the AI model that generates preview reports
• Resend, which sends the emails

Each of these vendors operates under their own privacy policy and security practices. We don't share your data with anyone else — no advertisers, no analytics platforms beyond the basics, no data brokers.

HOW LONG WE KEEP IT

By default, indefinitely — because someone who reaches out today might be a client three years from now, and we'd like to remember the conversation.

If you ask us to delete your data, we'll do it within seven days of receiving your request and confirm in writing when it's done. Email artisanaffiliated@gmail.com.

COOKIES AND TRACKING

We don't currently use any analytics platforms, advertising trackers, or third-party cookies. The site uses functional cookies that your browser may set as part of normal operation, but nothing for tracking or marketing.

If this changes, we'll update this page and note the change above.

YOUR RIGHTS

Depending on where you live, you have rights under privacy laws like GDPR (Europe) or CCPA (California). These generally include the right to:

• Know what we've collected about you
• Get a copy of it
• Correct anything that's wrong
• Have it deleted
• Object to how we use it

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

When we change this policy, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of the page. For material changes, we'll do our best to notify anyone we have an email address for.
